Caragh D. Fahy, CFP® brings more than 25 years of experience to her role as Owner and President of Madison Financial Planning Group. She has made it her mission to help clients navigate one of life's biggest transitions—retirement—with clarity, confidence, and a roadmap tailored to their unique goals.
A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Caragh has built her career on both technical expertise and genuine connection. Her leadership extends well beyond balance sheets: she has served as President of the Financial Planning Association of Central New York, guided The Syracuse Orchestra as Finance Chair, and served on the Board of the Central New York Community Foundation—also as Finance Chair—after years on their Professional Advisory Board.
When she is not helping clients build their next chapter, you will find Caragh on the slopes of local mountains, hiking scenic trails at our area’s beautiful regional parks, or sailing across the Finger Lakes. She is most proud of her family and grateful to have raised her (now adult) sons in Central New York.
