Jim Tucker is the Investment Support Specialist at Madison Financial Planning Group and has been with the firm since 2018. Jim assists our Planners with developing and implementing personalized investment strategies that align with our clients' unique financial goals, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives.
A graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Jim's analytical skills were first honed during his service as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army's 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, NY, including a 12-month deployment in Afghanistan. This military experience shaped his disciplined approach to risk management and strategic decision-making – qualities that aid in navigating today's dynamic investment landscape.
As a proud father to a newborn daughter, Jim understands firsthand the importance of building and protecting generational wealth. When not in the office, he can be found exploring local county and state parks with his family and German Shepherd or enjoying Syracuse's vibrant community events.
